Ines Rostohar (Attorney, Partner and Director)

Ines Rostohar graduated with honours in 2008 from Ljubljana’s Faculty of Law. During her studies she worked at the Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs in the area of institutional care and public–private partnership. In October 2008 she became an attorney’s trainee working in the Nevenka Šorli law firm and at the same time she was a clerk trainee at Ljubljana Higher Court. In 2009 she joined Miro Senica and attorneys Ltd. law firm and after passing the national bar examination became firstly an attorney’s candidate and then in 2012 an attorney at law.
She has devoted her professional career to civil law, representing clients before courts and other institutions in the fields of contract law, indemnity law, property law, law of succession, enforcement law, family law and consumer law. She is also engaged in the field of commercial law (insolvency procedures, contesting of legal acts, lodging of claims in bankruptcy and compulsory composition proceedings) and in the area of administrative law (representation in inspection, land surveying and expropriation procedures).
Since May 2017 she has been a member of the Pirc Musar & Lemut Strle team. She became a Law Firm's partner on May 28, 2019.
