Our lawyer Katarina Emeršič Polić, mag. prav. was among the speakers at the conference “Is the Constitution the same for everyone? Comparing Italy, Slovenia and Austria in the time of Covid”.
The attorney was invited to the conference in Trieste on 19 January 2024 by the organisers, who asked her to give a presentation on the legal situation in Slovenia.
In the course of her presentation, the attorney highlighted the key legal aspects of Slovenian constitutional jurisprudence regarding the measures taken during the epidemic. She also spoke about the Constitutional Court decision where our law firm succeeded in its request for a review of the constitutionality and legality of a decree which actuallt made vaccination compulsory for working in the civil service.
