Manca Trček

Manca Trček graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in 2009 and in the same year started working in the company in the field of legal advisory and human resources until December 2014. During the Presidency of the Republic of Slovenia in 2008, she volunteered at the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in the USA. In her work, she has gained extensive knowledge in the field of enterprises’ operato and, has been involved in labor law, civil law, status law, misdemeanor law, real estate law, executive law, contract law and has led various projects. She completed her internship at the Koper Higher Court and passed the state bar exam in June 2012. In December 2014, she started to work in a law firm Miha Kunič.

Working as an attorney at law, Manca has devoted herself to criminal, civil and labour law. She successfully transferred her previous experience to her work at the law firm. Since April 2020, she continues her career at the Law Firm Pirc Musar and Partners. In October 2022, Manca successfully completed her training as a mediator. In December 2022, she became a partner in the Law Firm. In August 2023, Manca was listed as a mediator at the Mediation Centre.
