We help journalists working for media companies and independent journalists who are being sued by individuals for alleged breaches of personality rights, but the journalist believes that his freedom of expression should prevail. We are keen on representing journalists prosecuted by the Government. For example for revealing allegedly classified information when the journalists pursues the public interest.
