We help journalists working for media companies and independent journalists who are being sued by individuals for alleged breaches of personality rights, but the journalist believes that his freedom of expression should prevail. We are keen on representing journalists prosecuted by the Government (for example for revealing alleged classified information), when the journalists pursues the public interest.
We represent individuals who believe the media breached their right to privacy and published more private information than would be necessary in public interest. We file actions for damages if media or anyone else appropriated, misused and published your photographs without your consent (e.g. from Facebook).
